> Organizes roms by system in an iTunes style
That's strike one. I really, Really, REALLY hate iTunes; the last thing I want is Cover Flow or almost any of its other UI/UX concepts for browsing ROMs. Unfortunately, being an OS X user, no shortage of people seem to feel compelled to duplicate this interface in their own projects, so I'm stuck with it in damn near everything that has to present a list of items and have a way to manoeuvre through them.
Strike two: the faggy website design designed to appeal to hipster douchebags that looks like a late-'90s magazine layout, but with something that print articles can't do added in: images that slide around the page as you scroll. Even Google's getting in on that shit these days, and it really pisses me off: being able to find relevant information quickly is damn near impossible when you have to wade through a bunch of cutesy graphics of NES controllers, etc. that are moving around the screen. But, hey, it's *so retro*!
Not gonna touch it. Sticking with QMC2, MESS, and a couple of others.
