I know them feels, buddy. Having a mortgage is pretty kick ass in the long run...when we moved and sold our house for a decent chunk more than we paid a decade before, that sudden influx of cash came in pretty damn handy for setting up our new home.
What I hate is how much my gaming + tv + movie watching time has diminished. It's impossible to keep up with any of the hobbies anymore so I quit even trying. I'm balls deep in the PS2 library and I'll be retired before I ever make a dent in the PS3 library. Doubt I'll even crack the plastic on a majority of my PS4 stuff until my kids are through college.
Hell, my current favorite hobby is this new thing called "going for a walk on the trail". Just enjoying nature and shit. It's pretty cost effective, being free and shit.
