Raz, our beloved mullet-ite is gonna release all sorts of xors for new years, cos it's like an anniversary and that shit, and everyone's gonna be like "yeah raz, he's great, can I lick his ballz now?" and he's gonna be all like "no thanks, a check will do...".

But like, why do that, he went on about how he would "control the flow of cps2 releases to stop capcom and sega/sony and video game retailers/resellers going ooot of business" and then he flagrantly releases particular popular xors on his birthday or on september 12 to distract bin laden for half a second as well as only release particular xors when certain self made conditions have been met ("more boards now I say, I want more boards!"). I want to know, why? Answers on a postcard to...
