There was an emulator for the Amiga that emulated a Power Mac.

But didn't you have to be running on a PowerPC based Amiga to use it?

Yes, you needed a cyberstorm accelerator.
Also there was sheepshaver for powerpc based beos machines.
There is also the vapourware iFusionPC http://www.microcode-solutions.com/ ( I believe that page has been the same since June 2001 ).

It's unfortutnate that PowerPC Fusion seems like vaporware, because their 68K Mac emulator was execellent.
