I have a super gameboy rom (SMC) for Snes but not a single clue for how to attach, inject, or combine the file with a gameboy or super gameboy (.gb/.sgb) and with hopes of running it through SnesAdvance for my Gameboy Mirco.
Goomba can only emulate monochrome style, I searched all day for any thing to do with sgb, snes, and emulation......Nothing useful yet. Please help?

I can tell you for sure that nothing exists that will do what you want the way you want to do it. No SNES emulator, for the PC or otherwise, emulates the features of the Super Gameboy pass through cartridge. The Super Gameboy itself contained gameboy hardware (modified z80 cpu, and what not) in the cartridge and just passed information to the SNES.

No SNES emulator author has taken the time (wasted the time) to do so when adequate Gameboy emulators are available that have Super Gameboy features.

Now as for how to get Super Gameboy/Color Gameboy games to work on a Gameboy Micro flash cart, I am not familiar with.

There are a couple of emulators out there for normal Gameboy games (GOOMBA, for example), but Gameboy Color support is extremely limited. The only solution (as far as I know) is to buy a GBA bridge (see Google), which fools your GBA into thinking that your GBA flash cartridge is a Gameboy cartridge. Not tried it myself though...
