yeah, i would say this is a great first release. although, i would still use epsxe...3d graphics are low res, it seems. furthermore, CD support has been reported to be kinda whacked. it'll read bin/cue and some kind of cdz image format for sure though. i have ran FF7 with no probs so far...i've only played up til the flower scene on disk one though. i've ran chrono cross with no probs so far. slow downs with valkyrie profile (there has been reports of it locking up). the emu is certainly worth a spin. perhaps there will be future releases with some of the bugs worked out and a better cdrom support.
