Sonic's let himself go you see, his belly is slopping all over the title... more accurate emulation you see :)


Seriously though PicoDrive is very primitive at the moment, it does all the simple things a Megadrive should do, but some of the more complex things like sprite limiting and even VRAM to VRAM DMA are not there yet... Hence Sonic's big fat belly!
Nice and portable though ;) (forgive the pun...)
