The CPS-3 motherboard are very weakly and subject to die when there is a little voltage spike so i have a noice filter for this problem but this time i think that the batteries was died (i changed the sim in one of the WarZard motherboard and swiched in it SFIII and work perfect so i'm sure that the problem was in cartriges); all my other CPS-3 PCBs work fine :)
