SubjectWild Metal for PC (freeware) new Reply to this message

Remember that news post last year where a Volume 1 release by Rockstar made GTA free for download? Well at some point recently they popped up a Volume 2 which is Wild Metal. The game I thought was just on DC so I dunno if they ported over the WinCE running game to modern machines or what. It's a great game, you play as a tank and lob shots at others and stationary batteries. Pretty amusing, but not the most visually pretty. Hell with MP mode (if this has it) it would be like a 3D scorched earth with less suicidal hardware and ground erosion.

If you want...take it.

Does not work here. IE gives "The page cannot be displayed" and Firefox gives "The document contains no data"

That I did not know as the normal gateway stupidly just goes to GTA.

WM appears to have 4 or 8 player online mode for deathmatches with the tanks in large arenas. That could be fun if it got organized.
