SubjectEhrgeiz secret characters in ZiNc Reply to this message

I just have a question on whether it is possible to get up the Final Fantasy 7 secret characters for Ehrgeiz in ZiNc? Thanks.

If the Simpson's were into Retrogaming:

Homer: Hey Flanders! I thought you had the best compile of MAME in the world?
Ned: That's right! 7856 games locked out!

IIRC those only exist in the home PSX version.

I've seen Cloud and Tifa in the arcade (though other characters like Yuffie and Vincent are only in the PSX version) - found out that Cloud and Tifa are time activated so I guess I'm going to have to wait till someone releases a trainer or save to enable the characters.

Just stick with learning Inoba. No one liked using him but once you get the hang of him, you'll be manowning the fuck out ever everyone.

Especially those Cloud scrubs. Tifa got a lot less play than Cloud did, though she really came across as a better character overall. Haven't spent much time with the playstation version though. Never really had a need to..the arcade version was superior, only cost a quarter per credit, the the only real reason to play the psx version was for the "new' characters, which were pretty much all knock offs of previously existing characers iirc :)

It's a shame that Square went through that phase where they couldn't release a game without polluting it with one or more of their Final Fantasy 7 characters making a guest appearence. Now everyone just refers to Ehrgeiz as "That final Fantasy fighing game". Meh.

now the AoF cameos in Buriki One ...there's some good shit.
Too bad playing Buriki One just won't be the same without the right handed joystick and the two left handed buttons :(

I'm just disappointed they never made a sequel to Einhander.

For some reason, "Onehander" sounds like something you'd give across the face to a recalcitrant child or saucy hooker.

SubjectEinhander was an Excellent Shooter IMO. -nt- new Reply to this message

Einhander!='One Hander'
Einhander='Single Handed'

If they had made a sequel, it would have included various Final Fantasy airships as hidden spacecrafts to play as.

Badass game, though. Finally picked up another copy of it a few months back for ~$30 in perfect shape.

Are you looking forward to the flurry of badassity that's about to hit Taito's Type X hardware? Raiden III, Shikigami no Shiro III, and Gigawing:Generations...oh my :D

(I didn't much care for SnS, but SnS2 was quite pimp)

Argh, still need to pick up my own copy. Great game, a roommate of mine had it once and the save is still on my memory card. He should've sold it to me, I was better at it than he was ;)

Always glad to get new shmups in the arcade marketplace! It makes my heart sad to think there are probably gamers in the world who would answer your question with a negative :(

I about creamed my pants when I heard there was a new Raiden coming out and that former Seibu Kaihatsu guys were involved! I'm wondering who's going to do the music... loved the style of the original series' tunes.

... not that I'd complain if the YMF271F core's emulation was finished and the SPI games turned up in the next M1, though :P

In that case, it sounds like the manner in which you would give a one-hander across the face to a recalcitrant child or saucy hooker.

Moogle Technologies - Getting its webspace pulled out from under it since '02.

LMAO...it's so nice to be able to use C shorthand and have someone understand it. :)
