Reality Boy 0.7 alpha

First release for about 4 years for this VirtualBoy emu, heres what the author has to say:
" I have uploaded an alpha release of reality_boy here. This is basicaly a back port of all the fixes from red_dragon (a top notch emulator if I ever saw one). I compiled it for windows, but I have not added in any features like the debugger. This is a realy rough port so don't complain if it does not work for you."
