I was trying out some games on mame32 and I come to realized that there are some that dose not work. Even though the icone on mame32 says its a working game??? The game dose run but what I see is this weird double lineing , kind of like a tv with bad reception.

Sounds like a display configuration problem.
Try installing drivers for your monitor and/or select other video options for the games that give you trouble.
