I haven't tried it yet but I'm sure it'll be nice for those DOS-based Sierra games that used the MT32 for music and sound.

ok I tried it. It seems pretty demanding, notice on the page it says how fast your machine needs to be. I'm running 1GHz, played Quest for Glory 4 and the sound was choppy.
You'll need a file "mt32_pcm.rom" search it in google, you'll find it there.
Oddly enough this instrument ROM file isn't copyrighted but they still don't include it with the emulator. Searching on google should bring it up somewhere, I got it from a .fi site directory listing.
