This looks very much like the Dreamcast's arcade stick. I don't think that it was a very decend or authentic arcade controller. Like the Naomi cabinets it seems kind of cheap. The light gray plastic frame, the weak control stick, the wobbly buttons. The metal plate at the bottom was the only part of the DC board that gave it a half way decend appeal of durability.
I personally prefer the Saturn's arcade controller above all else. And that's just because it fitted the console so well. It wasn't trying to imitate the much more costly arcade original components but was rather designed with the console in mind.
The DC board was just trying to look authentic but failed miserably once you actually held the thing in your hands.
