What are the best, more accurate datfiles to organize your roms collection? GoodTools, NoIntroDAT or the OfflineList ones?

I'm really confused, using OfflineList for example my 825 N64 roms are listed as correct but when I try the NoIntroDAT datfile, it says that ALL my roms are wrong!
