Basically... a buffer between emu authors and fanmail. It would filter out both overly ecstatic praise and rabid flaming, forwarding only the useful stuff. Those not forwarded would be stripped out of their sender and recipient info and displayed on a Hall of Shame page.

Just an idea, but it would work, probably :-)
