If you want to get the old game hit up Home of the Underdogs or possibly Abandonia may have it (and Railroad Tycoon too.)

With that then you'll need to get VDMSound 2.10 and/or DOS Box to run them. I usually use the first as I don't need to run a DOS emulator and it will get much working right, with correct audio and speed, and even poll the joystick via USB (Wolf3D runs like a champ.) If that fails, then use DOSBOX and just 'mount' a directory on your hdd where the game is and run it.
