There isn't, but what you can do is release the source and then there is a private site which has actual builds using the XDK. It depends whether you are comfortable doing that, but I did it with Genadrive. It is slightly dodgy I guess but I don't think MS will come after you.
I would advise having a go as programming the Xbox if you haven't already (actually thinking about it I'm sure you must have done at work, doh!), it's a great piece of kit. In fact I've just given my PC USB joypads to chardee, because I use my Xbox for all emulation now!
