I read the thread over on the mame board, man this is so wrong! Trying to get the trademark for the name AND the logo, which isn't yours and obviously you have nothing to do with.

Seems like the guy even threatened people on ebay selling mame cabinets or stuff like that. Come on, the guy must have ripped off code from mame to use in ultracade, I sure wouldn't be surprised of that. So what, if he ever get sued by mamedevs, he would say "but hey, I own the trademark to the name, it's not the patent, but at least it prooves I use it legit". Meh, this couldn't work, and it's so wrong. I wonder what are his motives, maybe because mame is getting more and more popular and people don't play his ultracade machines anymore.
