He's trying as far as possible to legalise MAME cabinets (whilst going after the unlicensed MAME cabinets.)

Yeah, I think he's done the wrong thing here, but there is a common enemy - the dodgy MAME cabinets and CDs on ebay that we keep hearing about.

That said I wouldn't want to be Mr Foley round about now :-P



*update* - I might have my wires crossed about this, from posts on mame.net as I understand it Ultracade doesn't even use MAME... is that right??
