R4300i core and executable

- support for rumble enabled controller plugins
- marked some memory allocations with execute flag
- game fixes for DK64, Hydro Thunder, etc
- enable perm cheats
- fixed gui issues
- reduced memory usage

Direct3D6

- Pilotwings no longer crashes
- Fixed drivers that have incorrect depth buffer caps

Direct3D8
- Added new plugin

RSP

- minor compiler tweaks for speed

Direct Input

- support for more axes
- warn user when configuring button already set
- rumble support using force feedback

I remember some people saying that Dosbox's authors didn't want to show it really did support running Windows 3.1 (one of its specific versions though, not all of them). So they made the announcement last April 1st, and then some people on these board were going "hey, it's real" and others "shhhh! they don't want MS to find out! You blew it!!".

My bad. I knew nothing about the DosBox release. I just ASSumed that, since it was April 1st, everyone was being sarcastic. :)
