Works great really, simple and easy and quite configurable. It detects every analog button as analog (shoulders and ABXY) but I don't think it can make windows see them as analog. At least the thumbsticks works damn well.

Also, if you happen to own an xbox live headset, they have a driver for it. It's like another sound device on your system. It was cool to listen to songs in winamp through my headset plugged on the xbox controller, even though the sound is shitty (blame the headset). The mic also works with this driver.
