Think of it this way:

.98 < .99 > .100 < .101 <----------real life mathematics
.98 < .99 < .100 < .101 <----------MAME


However, i just wish they would drop the decimal point.

version 99, version 100, version 101.... then the kiddies would never see a 1.0, muhahaha :)
