What do you mean here? The video port on the Genesis does regular composite video or RGB if you have a monitor/TV that will accept RGB. It's also worth pointing out that there are three different models of the Genesis. The third is generally pretty rare, but the other two are equally common. You're probably best off just buying a video cable off eBay (Most Genesis composite cables you find will only have mono sound). If this is unnacceptable, then you can always build your own if you have the means. Here's a diagram of the video port.
If I'm not mistaken, the Genesis 1 has the same video port as both the Sega Master System and the NeoGeo.
