Is there a verion of MAME that will allow me to put the emu and a supported rom of my choice on say, a thumb drive or something comparable and have the ability (like through Linux or some way) to boot it up on any PC I come across, so like, if i'm at the library or at a friend's house or at an Email terminal, I can slip the thumbdrive or somesuch in and boot up the emu and game?

I basically want Mame in my pocket, to play anywhere at anytime :D
