Thanks! :-) Good suggestion. It sounds like the throttling doesn't work correctly on your system, though... Are you using JEmu2 in windowed mode? Currently, when you choose windowed, it'll default to no vsync, throttling turned on. When you choose full-screen, it will try to find a 'compatible' mode (for example 60Hz for a 60Hz game). When it finds such a mode, it will enable VSync and disable throttling, otherwise it's the other way around. However, this assumes vsync can be set through software (a video driver setting).

I hope to release CottAGE next weekend, but first I have to fix the replacement 68k core in JEmu otherwise sf2 will be broken :-S
