Subjectneed the name of this arcade game.. help new Reply to this message

I remember playing this game a long time ago.. now I can't remmeber the the name.

It think it came out the same times as Galaxy Force 2. late 1980s to early 1991?

it's a 3D gun game. the 3D is not with polygons but with simulated 3D by scaling alot of 2D sprites (like space harrier, galaxy force 2)

the theme is your and this girl (it's 2 player) are tomb raider type. I remember a scene where you are in a mine cart and rolling alongside a river then into a cave with alot of bugs.

the only game I can think of that is like that is CRYPT Killer but I don't think that one is it.

YEAH THAT'S THE ONE! Talk about a rail shooter. this one takes it literally.

I think this is one of the most nicely done "3D done by scalling tons of 2D sprites"
