He did figure out the divide, multiply & compare memory locations. However it wasn't to the same level as MAME emulates now. There are other maths chips that have been emulated that are much more complicated by other people. Now I have no idea what the deco stuff does, it might be simple and only used for protection. But a call for "Davey to the rescue" is quite funny.
