WOW "SNK vs Capcom"(neo geo) is a BIG different from "Capcom vs SNK"
I got SNK vs Capcom Plus working in WinKawaks. didn't know it was such a different style game from the DreamCast version.
SVC only utilize 4 buttons even for the Capcom characters... I don't like it as some of the character is inconsistant with the "Hard kick" button character like Ken would do a SF style medium kick while Guile do a high kick...
I think they F**ked up the Capcom characters. or maybe it's my rom / emulator. when I choose Ryu I can't get him to do a dragon punch (while I can do it with ease using RYO and KEN). and when I pick guile the Sonic Kick is WAY harder to pull off. (something with the timing?) but the sonic boom is easy to pull off like normal.
WTF with SVC u have to press two buttons together to do a throw.. . that combined with 4 buttons only make a SFII breed player feel VERY WIERD. I was getting my butt kicked by the SNK characters when I play with Capcom chacters.. Tho playing SNK characters feels the same as usual...
damn it. it seems like they screwed the playability of the Capcom charcters and it's a learning/adjustment to play. I don't like it.
the DreamCast Capcom vs SNK just feel natural with SNK and Capcom characters.
Only thing is I like the art style of SvC better than CvS because it's more "dark" and less cartoony
