You need a cpu that supports SSE (Athlon XP 1400/1.4 ghz P4 or higher) with a gfx card that supports hardware t&l (Geforce 2 or higher, or equivalent Radeon which I think is the 7000) and either Win XP/2003 or 2000 (2000 is buggy though) and 256mb ram.

Id reccomend at least 2.4ghz, a geforce 3 or Radeon 8500, and 512mb ram.
