Their unlocked from the get go, but keep in mind they are arcade perfect ports and dont have any of the extra's that the Psx ports had. That means you cant play as the sub bosses or Heihachi in Tekken 1, no Anna Williams or Angel and cant play as Devil in Tekken 2, No Gon and cant play as true ogre in Tekken 3, no FMV intro's and the same generic ending for all characters in all 3 games.On the plus side whilst the Psx ports of 1 & 2 were perfect, 3 wasnt (2d wrap around background instead of 3d, lower resolution and texture quality etc, and some combo's that worked in the arcade didnt work on the Psx) so its nice to have an arcade perfect port of that.

There is an arcade perfect port of Starblade that you can play while the game is loading, but only the first level. You can unlock the full game by playing the Devil Within mini game. Agin, its an arcade perfect port and not the same as the Psx port (which looked a lot better).
