Anyway, it seems only older versions of Starforce had "vulnerabilities," long since patched. That damaging optical drives nonsense is simply that, and I understand that a system would already have to be affected with malware for that "vulnerability" to even be exploited. I ran FEAR, which had that Starforce shit- nothing happened to my PC thus far. Then again, I am pretty well locked down.
