A new release of pSX. Version 1.6 is out to help fill the emulation lull. It seems that Tomb Raider III now works perfectly. Tomb Raider I and II are still not playable yet. But the litany of other games fully playable is sure to more than make up for it. Head over to the site and check out the forum. They keep a pretty well-updated list of compatible games...NTSC, or PAL.
