* Added sound support to blktiger (not 100% correct)
* Added partial sound support to roadf
* Fixed a weird timing issue where some drivers on some computers running certain versions of java ran at the wrong speed.
* Changed timing in sound system to prevent sound chip emulators getting out of sync.

Space Harrier is fully playable but still needs some work: Sound isn't working yet, background tiles are not emulated and it's currently completely unoptimized.
