v1.10 Allow ADSR changes while voice keyed on (fixes sounds in FF7 and others)
Localisation for various languages
Added internal manifest file (dialogs now support XP theme correctly)
Sound device can now be set to disabled
Fixed bug where sound was muted when reverb was disabled
Fixed Chrono Cross hangs introduced in v1.9
Breakpoints can now be added/removed in debugger while CPU is running
Added check for valid BIOS

it depends..

epsxe have better graphics with high resolution and image filtering.. but to me it's a pain in the but getting all the plugins and configuring it all.

PSx have better compitability and the only thing you pretty much have to configure its the control scheme. the down side is it doesn not have 3D filtering like AA/AF or high resolution. but the emulation is very accurate

As you stated, it's a royal pain fiddling with the plugins. "Does this game work with this plugin?" ... "Try using this plugin for this game, but use that plugin for the other game" ... "Don't forget to go into the video options for that plugin and disable some options to get one or two games working, and then change it back to play the other games" UGH! ... No thank you ...

ePSXe is still an awesome emulator, however, the fact that pSX has no plugins makes it better than ePSXe, at least in my opinion.

To each his own I suppose ...
