Seems to be an EXACT copy of ElSemi's Model 2 emulator. It's a shame that people have to stoop so low as to rip off other people's hard work.

Data matches from any offset from the middle of the executable file (Model 2 Emulator v0.3 vs this rip).

The readme is silly, like the made up credits:
