Here's whatsnew:
* doc/compatibility.html: - replace "no" with "-" as that
makes tables more readable
- check which programs really require dummy and which none
emu

* src/: dmaSnd.c, includes/dmaSnd.h: make casts to double
unnecessary + add one more define

* src/dmaSnd.c: Initial support for Falcon DMA sample sound
frequencies.

* doc/alsa-midi.txt: link to one more nice article
