Here's whatsnew:
* src/: configuration.c, file.c: - add absolute file naming to other paths requiring it (and remove special handling from rs232 as it doesn't use File_Open()
- add stdin special handling to File_Open() just in case somebody in the future wants to give some configuration from stdin ;-)
