Is there such a thing like a computer that will run scud race smoothly?

if so, what are the specs for it? (or in the vecinity).

I know the video card and second processor dont do a thing, so dont bother to explain that.

I bet CPS3 and PGM will be completely broken before a computer comes out that can run Scud Race in MAME full speed. Maybe someone will get a bug up their ass to write a dedicated emulator based off of the MAME source ...but the chances of that happening are about as good as MESS playing Stunt Racer 64 w/ perfect graphics.
