...and honestly, no complaints. I ordered from them ~4-6 months ago. Within 7-10 days I had the two Atari 2600 and the two NES adapters I ordered from RetroZone's RetroUSB line. All four adapters work flawlessly. I'm sorry though to read of your experience.

Edit/update: Interesting...Just visited their website and I saw they are no longer selling the Atari/C64 adapters, just the parts to build your own. Perhaps they're short inventory now (?)

I have never purchased one myself, but many others have and it works perfectly as well. It will cost you more because you need to purchase a USB cable as well (As opposed to RetroZone's all-in-one adapter and cable design).
