I have ordered from them, in bulk, for www.ztnetstore.com. I have had similar experience to you in response times, unfortunately.

I HAVE received my products, so no trouble there. However, I am trying to order their SNES to USB adapters in bulk, and have simply said "I have money to send, please tell me where and how much". We're looking at $2000 easily for what I"m getting, and it's been a week, and no reply.

I"m pretty sure it's a single individual, and this new product lineup (nes to wii, nes to usb, snes to wii, snes to usb) they've added, has gone far beyond what they had initially done, which was mainly 'made to order' controller adaptations, and hand made adapters for some older controllers. (Coleco, Atari, Intellivision, etc).

I think that he (they) may be swamped, and just can't handle the volume.

I do hope you get your adapter. If you still get no response after another week, just visit my store and send an inquiry letting me know some details about the order. Maybe the fact that I order in large quantity, might give me some way to help you. Of course, he'd have to response to me first. :/
