I used to do this on older nvidia cards by editing the registry but you can do it easily with a simple program.
I'm using a 7900GTX, 94.24 drivers, and RivaTuner software.
Open RivaTuner and in the Main tab click the Customize button near the Driver settings area. Click the icon at the end, the one with the arrows in the monitor. Enter 384 for width and 224 for height, click the Standard button at the Refresh rates list, hit Add button, and restart your computer when prompted. LEAVE ASPECT RATIO AT "CUSTOM". Also, you can probably screw with the fresh rates if you want.
This should help you play CPS games at their native resolution or you can run it at 1900×1200 with a bunch of SHITTY-LOOKING FILTERS. ASS
