Here's whatsnew:
-Emulator window appears in the middle of the screen (for "double" size of emulator screen)
-Fixed crash while showing long labels in debugger
-Cache access is decoded by 1 address line (for MODPLAYi)
-TFM was detected by Spectrum software when only TS was present
-Sound buffer was not cleared in help window
-Mouse wheel mode setup in ini
-ROM sections in ini fixed, and DSPrimary=0 by default
