Here's whatsnew:
- imagewriter - fixed page size - at least for LisaWrite
- imagewriter lowercase letter "t" was broken
- imagewriter page size tweaking
- found way to make graphics smoother, added menu options to throttle menu to define balance between animation and CPU time.
