With all this new CPUs, quad cores and all the overclocking and I don't know if the ones with 8 cores are out yet but does anyone know if any CPU out there has the balls to run all Mame games full speed?

I do have a Dual Core 2.4Ghz at 3.2Ghz and well last time I tried some games, they still ran at 25fps I think. I'm considering upgrading my PC since I can add Ram so cheap right now and I can even add another 8800 GTX for about $275 since someone is selling one for that and I was wondering about proccessor upgrades as well and wether any CPU out there can run all mMme games full speed or close to full speed with sound.
