Cruisin USA doesn't use a CHD, it only uses ROMs. Unfortunately, I think you're out of luck as I have a P4 3.2 ghz CPU and Cruisin plays between 30-50 FPS (not 100%).

you sure? I remember running it okay-ish like years ago on very low spec pc, there were frameskip hacks involved though.....

Yes, I do remember reading something on the MAME World board about someone doing this. If I recall correctly, the end result was that the hack messes with the frames per second and the game didn't run well.

The only processors capable of running Crusin' full speed are Intel Core 2s.
