MESS is updating very slowly, so that's out.

You're running STV games. An arcade board based on the saturn, just as the Naomi board is based on the dreamcast and some of the namco boards are based on PSX and PS2.

Your best bet for a Saturn emu AFAIK is http://www7a.biglobe.ne.jp/~phantasy/ssf/index.html.

Haven't used it in years, but it's about the only Saturn emu still being updated.

All work and no play makes me..., well, you know the rest.
