My only wish would be SuperFX and SA-1 support (I'm sure they probably could do it via DIP switches, but I'm sure it would cost a bunch more). In particualr, for me, if it could play:

Star Fox / Starwing
Star Fox 2
Stunt Race FX
Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island
Vortex
I would undoubtedly pick one up, even if it was more expensive.
I'm also hoping that one day, something like this comes out for CD/GD/DVD-rom systems, especially for the Dreamcast as there are some stellar titles on the DC that you can't get anywhere else. I'm sure soldering would be necessary, but it would be damn awesome.
