Plam Organizers do not have enough processor or memory to even try to port to them. Even with the power of a 200Mhz PocketPC many games still run slow.
The iPaq seems to play many more games at a decent speed. It has a few problems relating to multiple button presses, but this will be overcome shortly. Casio Devices seem to be the second choice for Games. Probably due to its Gamepad and 16bit Color Screen. Ultimately the choice comes down to your own personal preference.
