Ok, now I'm torn. Should I get the iPAQ, E-125, or EM-500. I've been researching and so far here's what I have found:

iPAQ - Expensive, MAME button problem, Propriatary expansion slot (???), Screen is not as nice, but it's fast.
EM-500 Cheaper ($399 with $100 rebate), no problems with MAME, abeit slower, only 16mb, Nicer screen, MMC Expansion slot???
E-125 Just as expensive as iPAQ but with 32mb, nicer screen, Type II expansion slot.

I have a spare 128mb CF card that i was intending to use for this, but it seems the EM-500 and iPAQ don't take them? Oh and every time I see EM-500 it makes me think of the EM-50 project (remember the movie Stripes?)
